If you would like to join us, please visit the TAKE PART page and enter your details on the REGISTRATION link above, then press SUBMIT.
Your registration will be confirmed via email with a copy of our Booking Terms & Conditions.
Once registered your details will be added to our exhibitors database.
Exhibitors are invited each month to take part in our events. Invites go out to a range of different arts and crafts and places are limited.
Pitches are first offered to current exhibitors.
Pitches not taken up are offered to previous and then new exhibitors. We do our best to invite new exhibitors as often as we can.
BOOKING A PITCH
A booking invoice and email will be sent with details required for your website listing. The email will include a copy of our Terms & Conditions to be signed and returned with the booking fee.
On receipt of both, confirmation of your place will be emailed along with a receipt for your payment and a promotional flyer to use on your website and/or social media.
Your details will be added to the EXHIBITORS pages on the website in the run up and on the day of the event.
PLEASE NOTE Exhibitors will be listed in order of booking for each event. A screen shot will be sent to for you to check and confirm your listing details.
Further promotional material will follow for you to share via social media.
We hope you will be willing to have your display photographed for promotional use during and after the evease let me know in advance if you prefer not to have images of your display publicised.
SALISBURY ARTS SCENE'S marketing of the event focuses on INSTAGRAM and FACEBOOK posts along side direct promotional material through our monthly NEWSLETTER and MAIL LIST.
Online media platforms via SALISBURY CITY COUNCIL, WILTSHIRE COUNCIL, VISIT WILTSHIRE, SALISBURY JOURNAL, NEW VALLEY NEWS and SALISBURY RADIO are engaged to promote the events and exhibitions.
SUPPORTERS of Salisbury Arts Scene promote each event through their own mail lists and social media… a full list of our supporters can be seen on the SUPPORTED BY page of the website.
A publicity flyer will be emailed to all exhibitors to upload to websites and/or social media and to send out via newsletters and mail lists.
Flyers are also distributed around the town at various locations including the train station, hotels, guest houses and local businesses in the town centre.
The promotion of each event will begin as soon as the dates are announced and will continue throughout and after the event.
Please ensure your PUBLIC LIABILITY insurance is up-to-date and adequately covers you and your displays for the duration of each event. A copy of your current cover is required for our records.
